How to Raise a Grievance

However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may have concerns or grievances that need to be addressed promptly and effectively. We take all feedback seriously and strive to resolve any issues in a fair and transparent manner. If you have a grievance related to any aspect of our services, we encourage you to follow these steps to ensure that your concerns are addressed efficiently

  • In most cases, grievances can be resolved informally by discussing the issue directly with the individual or department involved. We encourage you to first contact your designated point of contact or the relevant department to discuss your concerns.

  • If your grievance cannot be resolved informally or if you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may submit a formal grievance through the grievance form available on this page. The escalation contact will review the case and take necessary actions to ensure a fair resolution.

Grievance Handling Process

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 1-2 business days. Our committee will conduct a thorough investigation into the grievance, including gathering information from relevant parties and reviewing any supporting evidence. Based on the findings of the investigation, we will work to resolve the grievance in a fair and timely manner. We will keep you informed of the progress and status of the grievance resolution process at regular intervals. You may also contact us at any time for updates or additional information.
